Q: What size should I order?

A: Our Baseball Tees, T-shirts and Crewneck Sweatshirts are unisex and fit true to size. Women can order their usual size for a relaxed fit, or size down one if a more fitted look is desired. Men should order their usual size.  The tank tops come in women's sizes, and are loose and flowy. Checkout the size charts here: SIZE CHARTS

Q: How should I care for my apparel?

A: To best preserve the graphic on your garment, we recommend washing inside out with like colors on cold setting using a mild detergent, hang or lay flat to dry. You may tumble dry on a low setting, but please be aware that drying your garment will cause the graphic to fade gradually over time. Just as a black colored garment will fade when dried, so will the graphic on your shirt. Avoid products that contain color safe bleach, stain lifter or Oxy Clean. These products contain chemicals that will lift color from your graphic causing it to fade.

Q: What are the headbands made of?

A: They are made of a Nylon/Spandex blend. It is the same material that swimsuits are made of. Our headbands evaportate water very fast, making them great for sweat!

Q: How do I wash the headbands?

A: Treat your headbands as you would a swimsuit, simply hand wash and lay flat to dry.


Q: Do the pattern headbands look exactly the same as shown in the picture?

A: All of the pattern headbands are cut from a large roll of fabric. Your headband may not look identical to the picture shown, but you will receive the exact same pattern. Although the cut may be a little different, all of them are from the same roll.

Q: Do the headbands slide off?

A: Our bands are really great about not sliding. The trick is to wear them with about an inch of the band touching the skin of the forehead. This allows the band to grip on and to absorb and evaporate sweat from the brow.

Q: How do the back of the headbands attach?

A: It is folded down to about a inch wide and sewn solid.

Q: How wide are the headbands?

A: They are all four inches wide in front and tapered by fold to one inch in the back. They can also be folded and worn narrow in the front.

Q: What are the headband sizes?

A: They are super stretchy and one size fits all. Men, women and children sizes are all the same. The only difference is pattern.

Q: Can you do custom headbands?

A: We normally do custom bands but due to a large volume of orders, we have suspended doing custom bands for a while. We will put a link on the website when we are ready to resume them.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: ALL of our products are proudly made in the USA in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!

Q: Will the running belt fit my phone?

A: We have not found a phone yet that will not fit! The pouch for the belt is super stretchy to expand to fit all phones. Even the new iPhone X fits great!

Q: What sizes are the running belts?

A: The belts are one size fits most with an adjuster for the waist. Typically will fit very small women to a mens size 44 waist.

Ordering and shipping information:

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: PLEASE double check your cart before ordering. Once an order has been placed we CANNOT make any changes or additions to your order.  Any order you wish to have canceled will incur a 5% cancellation fee of the order total. Additionally any order that has been processed to ship cannot be canceled. 

Q: Can I use more than one coupon code at a time?

A: No. The website will not allow "stacking" of coupon codes.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

A: To insure order accuracy we cannot make any changes once your order has been placed.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship after the order is placed?

A:  Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to ship. Please visit our shipping page for more info on our shipping times.

Q: How long does delivery to my home take?

A: We are in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Regular mail usually (not guaranteed) takes 5-10 BUSINESS days dependant upon how far you are from us. Priority Mail advertises 2-3 days anywhere in the US, though we have found it often takes 3-5 BUSINESS days. Regular mail usually takes 7-10 BUSINESS days. Tracking information is provided on all orders. Hippie Runner will only respond to requests to track orders that have gone beyond 14 BUSINESS days from the date the order was placed.

Q: What if my order is lost in the mail?

A: We recommend that all orders be shipped via Priority Mail. This provides much better tracking and has proven to be much more reliable than First Class Mail. If your order shows delivered to the correct address or an address incorrectly input by the customer, it is the customers responsibility to track down the package. We will glady provide tracking and or delivery information. If your order is lost due to a shipping error made by Hippie Runner, we will first make every effort to locate it and will replace the order if necessary. Tracking information is only provided on orders on which the customer has selected to pay for tracking. Hippie Runner will only respond to requests to track orders that have gone beyond 14 business days from the date the order was placed. HIPPIE RUNNER DOES NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR ANY PACKAGES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN TENDERED TO THE USPS FOR DELIVERY.

Q: May I return or exchange products that I am dissatisfied with?

Q: What if I forget to use my coupon code when ordering?

A: We cannot alter existing orders but if you let us know, we will post the appropriate credit on your Hippie Runner account.

Q: What if the Coffee Mug I ordered is delivered to me damaged?

A: All coffee mugs are inspected for cracks or chips before they leave our warehouse.  We ship all coffee mugs via priority mail through the USPS. Priority mail includes $50 insurance through the USPS. If you receive a damaged mug upon delivery, you must file a claim with the USPS for the damaged item. All inquiries of damaged coffee mugs will be referred to the USPS.
